Service Consultant Tom K. ensured a smooth process for me, by having everything prepped for my appointment before I arrived. He also noted an issue with my front tires - something I wasn’t there for - and offered information concerning the issue. I really appreciated this, as it was a safety issue I would not have recognized and it could have been dangerous for me if not fixed.
