The service area was great. There was not a long line when I pulled up and the attendant quickly got my vehicle ready for the advisor. When I walked into meet the advisor it was very friendly and provided quick service and resolution within 48 hours. He was very clear about the process and the findings of the vehicle and he made sure all was resolved at the end of the proposal work. Thank you

This was my first time leasing a vehicle and truly everything about the experience here at VW was amazing, except for the long wait. The look around, the info portion, the papers, the signing, everything went smoothly, but at the end it was just an elongated process of waiting, that wasn’t fully explained to me. Although Senior Sales Specialist Freddy was great at what he did and constantly reaffirmed me and apologized for the delay.
