Welcome to Our Parts Center

If you were to get into an accident with your Volkswagen and need extensive repairs, or if the timing belt or another part needs replacing, come to us for quality service and repairs. Unlike many independent repair shops, we use only the best possible components for your vehicle. These parts are called Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components, and they are the only parts that ensure a good fit. The alternative is aftermarket parts, which are cheaper and less effective. Whether your car has a minor problem or a major issue, bring it in to us for comprehensive care, as we have a large variety of OEM parts to get your vehicle back on the road.

What are the Benefits of OEM Parts vs Aftermarket Parts?

Quality Made for Your Volkswagen

When you look at OEM and aftermarket parts side-by-side, you may notice that they don't look exactly alike. OEM parts are produced exclusively to fit your Volkswagen model. They are made to the precise size and specs as the original components, and they are made of the highest quality materials possible. OEM parts are made by the same manufacturer that made your car, so the OEM parts are essentially just replicas of the original part that needs to be replaced. When you drive away from the dealership after having had an OEM part installed in your car, you can leave confidently knowing that your car will look and perform as good as it did initially. In contrast, quality varies among aftermarket parts. You might get a part that functions as well as an OEM part, but you might also get a part that is a much lower quality. Unfortunately, there is no way to tell beforehand, which means there's a certain degree of risk you take when you opt for an aftermarket part.

High Class Support from Volkswagen

OEM Brakes and Parts

For large purchases and expenses that you make, you like to have some assurance that they will work. Fortunately, OEM parts are backed by a warranty, which means that you can have a part replaced if it breaks within a certain amount of time that you had the component installed. OEM parts typically come with a one-year, 12,000 mile warranty. Since the line of production is transparent with OEM parts, we can also identify the engineers who made the part and contact them if there are any problems. In contrast, you get no warranty when you have an aftermarket part installed, which means you're at risk of spending more time and money replacing the part if it breaks later on.

Identical to Your Original Part

Easy Brake Installations

Since OEM parts are identical to original parts in your Volkswagen, you know that they will look the same and function the same as the component you had before. If you choose to sell your car in the future, having OEM parts gives the car a higher resale value. It also gives you assurance that you'll have a car that feels familiar when you're driving.
