I have been a loyal customer of Volkswagen since my move to Florida in 2019. Michael was my service agent and he took care of me from start to finish. He also created an estimated list on the required service that is recommended from Volkswagen based on vehicles model and mileage. I asked for a copy so I can be better prepare myself with possible expenses in the near future. Thank you so much for your excellent service. The Volkswagen team is outstanding.!!
