Tom was very helpful and accommodating. I’ve also been helped by Mike and Devin in the past and they are also always so kind and helpful. I appreciate the staff there, especially as a woman, going to get your car serviced can be very intimidating but I know I’m in good hands at Volkswagen South’s Service department.
