We had a great experience at the dealership. The facilities were clean and welcoming, and we were greeted promptly upon arrival. Our salesperson, Alex, was excellent—pleasant and never pushy. I was upfront about the price I wanted for what is now our third GTI, and the finance manager was equally transparent about what could be done. I appreciated the honesty and efficiency—no wasted time or games. I initially left without making a deal but returned to close because of the professionalism of everyone at Orlando Volkswagen South. The paperwork process was quick and efficient. Alex helped configure myVW and explained the vehicle’s features, saving us time. He also provided his number and encouraged us to reach out with any questions or needs. Overall, a solid experience from start to finish.

My car routinely maintained last year about August--Sept.(purchased in June,2024) (pre-owned Jetta, sold to me with comparatively acceptable price, with warranty services for one year ---June, 2025 expired): was not driven/suspended since Sept., 2024 and kept in garage until this coming Sept.2025). Driving one week only, cluster display indicated: Oil Change, plus others, the pay is $384.31 and today the inspection on SOS is more than $200; and the replacement would be $1000.00, not to mention the labor amount/misc. charges, etc. I feel very disappointed about the expense and the quality of this car.
