I was told I was 4 months late for my 20k mile service even though I haven’t reached 20k miles. I was never told when purchasing the vehicle warranty I had to come by a certain month for the service just that my first 2 oil changes would be complimentary. Sales team should explain this better and be more up front about this.

The friendly atmosphere and comfort of the waiting room, if that some dealerships are only interested in you if your are buying a car from them, I didn’t feel that here! Overall great and friendly staff, coming here from now on
