Overall visit was ok. Long wait for oil change and first time inspection. I had to make a second trip because the replacement of gear panel was not placed properly and a second trip to complete the task had to be made.

Mike Lombardi is our Service Consultant and he is so helpful! He is always prepared for when we come in and thoroughly explains everything that we need/can do for our cars. His customer services is above and beyond, including knowing my husband and I by sight, even though we only come in every 6 months or so.
