From start to finish, we had an excellent experience. We met Freddy in the mall by chance and really loved the color of the Jetta they were showcasing. It peaked our interest enough to sit down a bit more and discuss numbers. We felt the negotiations were fair and quick. Sometimes my interest weans if the negotiation process takes too long and I end up walking. This wasn’t the case here. Freddy was fair and honest and we absolutely love our new car!

I had a wonderful experience on 12-14-24 at Orlando Volkswagen South. My 2020 atlas cross sports was due for service. Tom Kaucic was very helpful. He answered all of my questions along with assuring me my car was in good hands. He kept me up today about the status of my vehicle along with sending me a link to track the status on my own. Overall, my experience at Orlando Volkswagen South was very pleasant and I would recommend that location to anyone along with recommending Service Consultant Tom Kaucic.
