Incredible experience! From the moment we walked in the door, greeted by Freddie. Asked us what is important to us in a vehicle. Really listened to our needs. We have a young baby, safety is the most important along with reliability. VW was at the top of our list. The General Manager Nick introduced himself to us and welcomed us to the dealership. Truly made us feel at home. Brandon worked through the numbers that we were comfortable with and we happily drove home in our new VW Atlas. We have already told our friends about the experience. I am sure we will send more business your way! :)

James was super friendly and helpful. He even shined the new tires before I left. It would be nice if when the techs put my spare tire back in my vehicle, they put away the tools for removing the tire as well.

Because every time I am at your location, I am given top service! This is the second time that I have had Cindy as my go to person for my service. She is amazing! Not only does she treat you with respect and professionalism, she always treat you like family! She got me checked in right away, and made sure to give me updates throughout the time I was there. I am always impressed with the customer service that I see when I am there. Every employee treats customers with professionalism and courtesy. All the employees are always happy and smiling. No one likes to have to go to the car dealership to get something fixed on their car. But I can say the few times that I have to go there, I always have the best service of anywhere I’ve ever been!

Good experience overall. My only complaints are that I would prefer the best price upfront and I didn't like the fact the dealership charges 3 percent to use a credit card.
